Shipping policy

 

Cooker & Cooler OnlineStore offers free shipping for all items in California and shipping to all US states except Hawaii and Alaska. For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a competitive quote. Shipping normally takes 1-8 business days, barring unexpected special occasions that might delay shipments.

Standard Shipping Notes:

  • Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders that are placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date.
  • If an order is cancelled or refused (unless refused as a damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 15% restocking fee and the $200 freight cost (transportation distance is limited to 100 miles from the warehouse address) will be charged to the customer. Any distance beyond that must be covered by the customer.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Receipt of Products

Please check the condition of your shipment upon receipt.

If there are noticeable damages, do not sign for the delivery. Take photos of the damaged shipment and send them to us for a free exchange.

If damage is discovered after opening the package, please also take pictures and contact us immediately for a free exchange.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • Requests made after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

  • All approved returns or exchanges must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition (excluding items claimed for damage) and include the original packaging.

  • If the package has been opened, returns will not be accepted.

 

Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges

If a customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons (non-defective, non-damaged), the customer will be responsible for:

  • A 25% restocking fee of the total sales amount, and

  • A $150 shipping cost (for shipments within 100 miles of our warehouse; additional distance charges apply).

Customers will receive free shipping for the newly exchanged items.


Shipping in Error

If you receive the wrong item, please contact your sales representative at 626-766-2626 upon receipt.

We will arrange the return and exchange of the incorrectly shipped product free of charge.

 

Defective Items

A defective item is defined as any product that does not function properly when received.

Please call our sales representative at 626-766-2626 to report the issue.

We will arrange for a free return and replacement of the defective item.

 

Exceptions

Returns are not applicable for the following items:

  • Customized products (e.g., table linens, furniture, signs, doors, etc.)

  • Specially ordered items (e.g., sourced from other manufacturers, standard product upgrades)

  • Items that have been used

  • Items that have been opened

  • Items requested for return after 7 days of receipt
